More for business trips

Room was clean with nice size. More of a business hotel. The location was fairly convenient. If your walking from the train expect a 30 minute walk on busy streets.

The prices at the bar were ridiculously expensive, 12 Euro for an Aperol spritz! The save the water program gives you a free drink coupon if you choose no housekeeping. The drink will be coffee, soda or beer. No cocktails and the cleaning staff will not replenish your in-room condiments. They will not enter at all.

Check-in experience, parking, spaciousness of the room, assistance of the staff with parking and taxi.

Bathroom - a lot of water from the shower spils onto the floor of the bathroom due to design of the bathtub.

Spacious, Clean Rooms

Rooms were clean and comfortable. And a bit more room than most places we've stayed, in Italy. Close to public transportation. Good view of the bay. Staff was also helpful. We happened to arrive at a peak time, when there was little availability, due to the marathon race, and at peak prices. We were able to add a second day at the normal rate.

No real complaints. It's not cheap, but you do get a good value for what you pay. Only one minor issue, is that is there is no refrigerator.......I always like to have something cold to drink available.

The breakfast was wonderfull, they had varity of food. The beedroom was perfect, we were 5 people, so we rooms were nexto the other. The bus to Venezia you can take it in front of the hotel.

Good location in Mestre, Venice. Close to the big supermarket (Interspar) and train station (1.3 km by walk, 5 min by taxi).

Pretty old hotel. Rooms need some renovation (especially in a bathroom, few lamps didn’t work). But overall it was good.

Good location but tired hotel

The hotel is located quite close to the Mestre train station, staff was very friendly and helped in every way they could. The beds were wide, room was big and spacious. The room was clean and well equipped.

The hotel looks tired and has not been maintained well, the corridor carpets were dirty and the room had a lot of wear and tear + it was smelling weird. The state of the hotel did not meet the NH standard that we have been used to.

Good location, with easy bus transit to Venice. Good breakfast with nice selection of food. Very nice staff, especially at restaurant. Underground parking lot under the hotel.

Minimal number of electric sockets (some of which, for example the one labelled "for phone chargers only" were not working), badly placed - it's really hard to work on laptop in that room.

Air conditioner is not cooling enough.

If I can give advice. You must have a bus approach to Venice. That will give a real plus. breakfast ok isn’t a issue.

Main entrance is so cold, you do not if you get into a hospital or a hotel for vacation. Some botones and manager in the main entrance you really need.

The location is very good. Buss to venice is in frint of the hotel. Restaurants for dinner in just 10 min walk. Very nice staff. For just 1/2 night in venice it is ok.

We had an apartment for 4 people. Everything is very old and not so clean as other large hotels.
