Beautiful and comfortable rooms but take a taxi to get there from the train station

The room was very nice. Beds were very comfortable

The hotel has seen its better days. Matress sooo soft, when one person moves so does the other. The smell from the bathroom was awful. Furniture was scrathed, beaten with use. Toilet... shower... bathroom... i would expect more from a 4 star hotel..

Comfy room and easy transportation options

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was big and comfy. There was a bide in the bathroom. Bed sheets and towels were clean. Easy access to bus.

Hotel was a little old, some furniture, the rugs and the bathroom were showing their age. Nothing to do in the close neighborhood. The price was a little high for the facilities but all Venice was that way.

Very comfortable beds, not too soft not too hard. Room was perfect for our trip, clean enough.

We had rooms next to each other which were connected to each other with a door inside, it was very convenient. Beds are big and comfy, rooms are not small. Hotel is close to bus stop and the sight of our rooms was to the canal it was beautiful.

The heating was not perfect, 22C was the max to be set, but still cold air came from the AC. Shut it down was easier. The light switches were a bit messy for us.

More for business trips

Room was clean with nice size. More of a business hotel. The location was fairly convenient. If your walking from the train expect a 30 minute walk on busy streets.

The prices at the bar were ridiculously expensive, 12 Euro for an Aperol spritz! The save the water program gives you a free drink coupon if you choose no housekeeping. The drink will be coffee, soda or beer. No cocktails and the cleaning staff will not replenish your in-room condiments. They will not enter at all.

Wonderful

Check-in experience, parking, spaciousness of the room, assistance of the staff with parking and taxi.

Bathroom - a lot of water from the shower spils onto the floor of the bathroom due to design of the bathtub.

Spacious, Clean Rooms

Rooms were clean and comfortable. And a bit more room than most places we've stayed, in Italy. Close to public transportation. Good view of the bay. Staff was also helpful. We happened to arrive at a peak time, when there was little availability, due to the marathon race, and at peak prices. We were able to add a second day at the normal rate.

No real complaints. It's not cheap, but you do get a good value for what you pay. Only one minor issue, is that is there is no refrigerator.......I always like to have something cold to drink available.

The breakfast was wonderfull, they had varity of food. The beedroom was perfect, we were 5 people, so we rooms were nexto the other. The bus to Venezia you can take it in front of the hotel.

Convenient location but old hotel

Good location in Mestre, Venice. Close to the big supermarket (Interspar) and train station (1.3 km by walk, 5 min by taxi).

Pretty old hotel. Rooms need some renovation (especially in a bathroom, few lamps didn’t work). But overall it was good.
